Born in Israel in 2004, Noa Kapelyushnik is a young and accomplished pianist currently under the mentorship of Prof. Tomer Lev, co-founder of the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music. Noa's musical journey began at the Israel Conservatory of Music in Tel Aviv, where she studied under the guidance of Tania Kozlov. She further refined her skills by completing the piano program at the Jerusalem Music Centre, under the direction of the renowned Murray Perahia. In parallel, Noa was a part of the 'Tlamim' program for excellent musicians at the Raanana Music Centre (RMC), where she actively participated in a chamber music trio, collaborated with orchestras, and engaged in enriched music education under the guidance of leading professors.
Noa is a prize winner of many national and international piano competitions, including: Grand Piano Competition (Russia), International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz (Ukraine), Scherzo (Israel),
Piano Forever – Israeli national piano competition, Riga international piano competition, Pnina Salzman Piano competition (Israel); Carmel Debut international competition (USA) and others.
In recognition of her exceptional talent and unwavering dedication, Noa has been honored with scholarships from the AICF (America-Israel Cultural Foundation) and Zefunot Culture. Additionally, she has been awarded an excellence scholarship at the Israel Conservatory in Tel-Aviv.
Noa's musical talent has taken her to stages around the world, where she has performed recitals in Austria, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Russia, the UK, Ukraine, and the US. Her performances extend beyond live venues, as she is regularly invited to broadcasting programs on the Israeli Kol-Hamusika radio station.Noa's collaborative spirit extends to performances with prestigious orchestras both in Israel and abroad, including the "State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia," "Symphonic Ukrainian Orchestra," "Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra," "Israel Camerata Orchestra Jerusalem," "Kiev soloists," "Narva City Symphony Orchestra," "Alicante University Symphonic Orchestra," "Israel Chamber Orchestra," "Fantastic Symphonic Ukrainian Orchestra," "Ashdod Symphony Orchestra," and "Israel Sinfonietta Beer-Sheva."
In 2022, Noa participated in the "Piano Academy Eppan," engaging in masterclasses with distinguished professors Yoheved Kaplinski, Dmitry Alexeev, and Andrea Bonatta. Later that year, she continued her artistic development in the "Ferrara International Piano Academy," where she had monthly masterclasses with the renowned pianist and Professor Dina Yoffe.
Throughout her musical journey, Noa has also taken part in notable events such as "Pianale Academy", "Music fest Perugia," "Piano Klaverisuvi," "Tel-Hi International Piano Master," and the "Summer Music Academy of Horowitz competition."
In 2023, Noa served as a member of the "Junior jury" in the 17th Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition.
Noa showcased her artistry in a special recital held as part of the commemoration of Israel’s 70th anniversary in The Hague, Holland.
She demonstrated her prowess as a prize winner at the Elena Cobb Star Prize Festival hosted at the Royal Albert Hall.
Noa's notable public appearances encompass her participation in the TV program "Intermezzo with Arik," alongside Professor Arie Vardi. Additionally, she contributed to the International VOX Feminae 2023 festival, dedicated to promoting the music of female composers.
